I had so much fun today. Mom, Aunt Susan and my cousin Joe took me to the children's museum this morning. I was playing hookie from daycare which was really fun! I love the children's museum so much. I was particularly obsessed with the kitchens in the different countries today. I made everyone a meal in like 3 different countries. I also ran a lot. There was so much to look at and so little time.
[enter mom] This was a tough trip for me...I was feeling particularly sleep-deprived and when Fiona started to fire it up, I found a quiet place to breastfeed. Unfortunately, Fiona chose to have a blow out and by the time we were leaving, I was at my wit's end. Lesson learned...when you are exhausted, just stay home. Even if you have family visiting...better to keep a sane head than lose it. Oh, and the heat did not help.
